Halloween Subway Art Prints: 2 Fun Designs!

When I sit down at my computer to start on a new subway art print, it's always fun to see which direction it takes.  I start with the main two words and then fill it in from there, trying to keep to a specific theme.  This time there were just too many great words to only make up one design, so I decided to make two that you can choose from.  It seemed way easier than trying to decide.  :)

For the first design, I focused on the fun of trick-or-treating on Halloween night...

This next one is my personal favorite and was made especially for my kids.  I fell in love with this little skeleton and had to use him when he fit so perfectly into the design.  Isn't he so cute leaning on the letters, I just love him! :)  All of the clip-art is from Microsoft.

There are eight prints to choose from...
All prints are saved as high resolution jpeg's.

For Personal Use Only
*If you would like to share these prints with your readers, please use one of the photos above for your post and include a link back to this post for the prints.  Please do not post the prints on your blog, thank you! :)

**The prints are free, I just ask one little favor, if you download/copy one, would you please click 'going on my list of things to make' in the gray box at the end of the post by the comments?  I spend a lot of time designing these prints and it helps to make me feel like it's time well spent if I know they are being used. :) Thanks!

Use the black and white prints to print/copy onto scrapbook paper, or colored paper. They are also the best prints to start with if you want to recolor the subway art.

*For even more color choices, read through my tutorial on
To download: You must first click on the image to open it in a new window in it's highest resolution. Right click on the image and either copy and paste it into a document (to size and then print), or click on save image as to save it to your computer. You will need to size it before you print.
To size the prints: The prints look will look the best printed as an 8x10 or 4"x5" (for a card), but can be stretched to other sizes if you insert them into a document using a program like Microsoft Word/Publisher or Photo shop. Insert the image, click on it, then drag the sides of the image to the size that you want. (A 5x7 will look a bit stretched with this design.)
*You can also save the image to your computer and then use your computer's picture manager program to print it as an 8x10.
Print them on white or colored card stock, scrapbook paper, or (for the best quality) on photo paper. (Check your dollar store for photo paper, I buy packages of 8- 8x10 sheets for only $1.)

The Halloween subway art was so much fun to design and I hope you will enjoy it!  I told you which design is my favorite, now I'm curious, which one is yours?

Have a nice weekend!

Another fabulous design, thank you. We do not celebrate Halloween as much in Australia, but I do have some children trick or treating, so this will be great

I am so excited to find these cute, cute, cute arts!! I have been wanting to frame up some for each season and these are perfect.

I have just one question. Would it be possible to do some landscape rather than portrait?

I have a dry erase board that has a frame on top and the board below. The frame part is landscape. I think these would be so perfect in it. So just curious :)

To Linda: Thanks for your comment! I haven't worked on a print in quite awhile, but I will keep it in mind to make some in landscape if I am able get back to making prints again.
